Moving beyond textbook knowledge, the workshop utilized real-life clinical cases to teach employees the nuances of emergency response—from initial assessment and calling for help to mastering the "Golden Four Minutes."

A key focus was correcting common first-aid misconceptions, ensuring staff know precisely how to react in a crisis. During the hands-on segment, every employee practiced resuscitation techniques on simulators. Our Safety Officers underwent advanced drills to achieve "independent standardized rescue" status, becoming certified first-aid responders within the company. This initiative significantly enhances our emergency preparedness, ensuring Labellet remains a safe environment for all.
